CHEIA SUCCESULUI ÎN CARIERĂ is a JA Job Incubator™ initiative, carried out with the support of Societe Generale Global Solution Centre to develop the professional skills of young people aged 16–24.

Project objectives

Through this project, young people gain free access to learning resources and opportunities to interact with professionals who help them develop a range of entrepreneurial and career-oriented skills and competencies necessary for their transition into the workforce: creative and innovative thinking, planning and organization, leadership and management skills, resume and cover letter writing skills, career management and adaptability, and self-awareness and self-assessment.

Educational content

The Key to Career Success project offers a variety of educational activities aligned with the Inspire, Prepare, Succeed strategy, which helps young people develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for managing their future and achieving their aspirations. These activities include:

1. Classroom activities designed to develop a set of basic knowledge and skills that help increase young people’s motivation, self-confidence, and ability to set goals for their professional future.
2. Applied learning experiences, based on the international JA Innovation Day formats, which develop and strengthen skills, attitudes, and competencies and allow students to explore the specifics of jobs in various industries, as well as an entrepreneurial perspective.
3. Experiences in which volunteer mentors – specialists from the Societe Generale Global Solution Centre – share their expertise with young people, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge needed in an ever-changing economy.
